About this business
Young Africa is a youth empowerment federation of over 150 professionals working across six countries. Its teams are 99% local experts with deep knowledge of the challenges young people face in their communities, and every country operation is led by a local team, with 100% of directors being women. Supported by the Young Africa International coordination team, the federation delivers skills training and support across all its centres, driving lasting change for the next generation.
