I had a very disappointing experience with Air Peace sometime in 2023 while traveling for my NYSC orientation camp. My flight was delayed repeatedly for hours without proper communication or consideration for passengers who had urgent engagements. After keeping us waiting for so long, the flight was eventually canceled completely. Because of this cancellation, I was forced to spend extra money on transportation, accommodation, and other unexpected expenses just to make sure I didn’t miss my NYSC reporting schedule. The stress and inconvenience were overwhelming, especially for such an important journey. What made the experience worse was the lack of adequate customer support and clear updates throughout the ordeal. As a passenger, I expected better organization, accountability, and respect for people’s time. I sincerely hope Air Peace improves its customer service, communication, and flight management so other travelers do not have to go through the same frustrating experience.

AIRPEACE INTERNATIONAL = ABSOLUTE DISGRACE LONDON-ABUJA-LONDON: THE WORST FLIGHT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Told the “in-flight entertainment” was DEAD. Their fix? Connect to some janky intranet THAT DIDN’T WORK. 8+ HOURS OF STARING AT THE SEAT IN FRONT OF ME. Then it gets worse. I ask for a DRINK mid-flight. They tell me “IT’S FINISHED.” THE PLANE WAS 70% EMPTY!!! How do you run out of drinks when you’re not even 30% full??? I was WARNED about Airpeace. Thought “surely international will be different.” NOPE. Same zero reputation from their local Nigeria flights, just at 35,000 feet. I COMPLAINED to the hostess on the way to Abuja. She apologized and said “the other aircraft is better, hopefully you get that one back.” GUESS WHAT? I GOT THE “BETTER” ONE....just that IT WAS WORSE. VERDICT: NEVER. AGAIN. I’d give them a ZERO if I could. ZERO STARS. ZERO SERVICE. ZERO SHAME. AVOID AIRPEACE INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS LIKE YOUR SANITY DEPENDS ON IT. BECAUSE IT DOES.
